Warranty Policy
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: This Conceptri Group Limited product
is warranted, [to the original purchaser only], to be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Defective products that
are covered by this warranty will either be repaired or replaced, at Conceptri
Group Limited’s discretion, without charge. [To qualify for this warranty, a
product must be registered within [10] days of purchase by mailing a completed
registration form along with a copy of the original sales receipt to the address
shown below.]
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover normal
wear and tear (including chips, scratches, abrasions or discoloration or fading
due to usage or exposure to sunlight), accidental damage, abuse, improper handling,
[damage during shipping to our service facility,] alterations, repairs made by
unauthorized persons or failure of the product due to use for other than its
intended purpose. Any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty does
not cover incidental or consequential damages.

long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to
